The primary services which IT Prime initially intended to offer included IT Outsourcing and Data Network Administration. The portfolio of offered services has gradually expanded with other services, such as IT Helpdesk, Virtualisation, IT Security, Software Audit, and Consultancy in the area of information technologies.
